Aftercare
Electrolysis
- Avoid touching the area for the next few hours
- No make-up or heavy creams/products on the area for 24 hours
- Never use sun beds or go into direct sunlight with out a broad spectrum SPF
- No heat treatments (hot showers, baths, sauna, sun bed etc), swimming or activities that make you perspire for the next 24 hours
- Do not wax or tweeze hairs in between appointments – please trim or shave and please come to the appointment with growth
Advanced Electrolysis – Red Vein Removal
- Avoid touching the area for the next few hours
- Avoid exfoliation in the treated area for one week
- Never use sun beds or go into direct sunlight with out a broad spectrum SPF
- No heat treatments (hot showers, baths, sauna, sun bed etc), swimming or activities that make you perspire for the next 24 hours
- Treatments every 6 weeks unless advised otherwise
Advanced Electrolysis – Skin Tag Removal
- Avoid touching/rubbing the area for 24 hours, use a plaster to protect the area if needed
- Avoid shaving or waxing the treated area
- Never use sun beds or go into direct sunlight with out a broad spectrum SPF
- No heat treatments (hot showers, baths, sauna, subbed etc), swimming or activities that make you perspire for the next 24 hours
- Keep your skin clean and do not pick the treated area whilst it heals (up to two weeks)
