The customer service at this place was exceptional. My partner went in for a lash lift patch test and unfortunately she fainted while there, the receptionist Rachel took care of her and made sure she was okay. Can’t thank her enough!

Charlee was so warm, calm and professional. She read the room beautifully and didn't dive in with unwanted chat.
I was lucky enough to have both a 55 minute massage and facial. The massage was fabulous and for the facial, when I had the lamp on, Charliee didn't just leave the room for a 10 minute break as so many do, she stayed with me for the duration and provided a hand and foot massage.
I would highly recommend Charlee. Thank you for making me feel human again.

Always lovely and friendly. Excellent massage, very relaxing as well as relieving muscle tension. Carly always takes time to understand what areas need focusing on and is very thorough explaining after care and how to ease muscle pain between appointments. A great service every time. Thank you!
