  • Firstly, please take a look at our new price list by clicking the link above. We now have two tiers including Therapist (Zoey, Laura & Leyla) and Senior Therapist (Joanne, Ruby & Charlee) for you to choose from
  • We will be contacting clients on our waiting list to get your appointments booked in first. Please be patient with this – as you can imagine we will be working our way through hundreds and hundreds of clients and it may take a while to get to you. Please do no re-add yourself to our waiting list or re-contact us at this stage.
  • Our online booking system does not support our new COVID-19 staggered booking policy, so will remain unavailable until further notice. Please feel free to book multiple appointments at a time with us when we contact you 
  • We have a restricted treatment menu due to government guidelines and until further notice will only be able to offer waxing (no facial waxing), manicures, pedicure and back massage.
 
We want the salon to be somewhere you can relax and feel safe, so things will be a bit different when you enter. Please take your time to look through our new policies and procedures below.
 
Prior to you appointment
  • Please notify us if you have experienced any cold or flu like symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone that has had these symptoms in the past 14 days so we can re-schedule your appointment
  • You will receive any relevant consultation forms via email or text 48 hours before your appointment, please complete these at least 24 hours before your appointment. If they are not completed you may not be able to have your treatment
  • Due to strict appointment spacing, please leave plenty of time to travel to the salon as we may not be able to accept late arrivals
  • Please do not arrive too early for your appointment as you will not be able to come into the salon until the time of your appointment
  • Please be aware there will be no refreshments available before, during or after your appointment

 

During your appointment
  • Upon arrival, we will ask you to wash your hands immediately and to wear a mask to your appointment. We’d love for you to bring your own mask to reduce on wastage, however we can provide disposable ones if required
  • Our therapists will be wearing PPE during all appointments
  • We ask that you do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment
  • Our toilet will be for emergencies only so please factor this in to your visit
  • Maintaining safe distancing (where possible) to be adhered to at all times
 
After your appointment
  • We will only be accepting card payments for the foreseeable future
  • We will not be providing appointment cards so please bring your diary and a pen with you to your appointment
  • Our online booking system does not support our new COVID-19 staggered booking policy, so will remain unavailable until further notice. Please feel free to book multiple appointments with us over the phone to reduce time spent in the salon
  • Rest assured we will perform a full sanitisation of each working area/room after each client, adhering to the strictest safety measures
 
We want to keep the salon as a safe space for our clients and staff and we may refuse treatments if we feel the above isn’t adhered to. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding anything in this email, or about our new COVID safety procedures – we’d love to hear from you and to help put your mind at rest.
