We are one day closer to being open, and I’m sure you are all as desperate to get back into the salon as we are! We are still waiting on the governments announcement for a re-opening date, and until we know this date we won’t be taking any bookings.
Even though we don’t have a set date, we wanted to share our new salon policies and procedures now so you know what to expect.


Prior to your appointment
  • Please notify us if you have experienced any cold or flu like symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone that has had these symptoms in the past 14 days so we can re-schedule your appointment
  • We’re working on a way to email you consultation forms to fill out online before your appointments, however until then we will do pre-appointment phone consultations the day before your appointment
  • Due to strict appointment spacing, please leave plenty of time to travel to the salon as we may not be able to accept late arrivals
  • Please do not arrive too early for your appointment as you will not be able to come into the salon until the time of your appointment
During your appointment
  • Upon arrival, we will ask you to wash your hands immediately and to wear a mask to your appointment. We’d love for you to bring your own mask to reduce on wastage, however we can provide disposable ones if required
  • Refreshments will not be available before, during or after your treatments
  • Our therapists will be wearing full PPE during all appointments
  • We ask that you do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment
  • Our toilet will be for emergencies only so please plan ahead if possible
  • Maintaining safe distancing (where possible) to be adhered to at all times


After your appointment
  • We will only be accepting card payments for the foreseeable future
  • We will not be providing appointment cards so please bring your diary and a pen with you to your appointment
  • Our online booking system does not support our new COVID-19 staggered booking policy, so will remain unavailable until further notice. Please feel free to book multiple appointments with us over the phone to reduce time spent in the salon
  • Rest assured we will perform a full sanitisation of each working area/room after each client, adhering to the strictest safety measures
  • Please be aware our seating areas will be closed and you will be required to leave the salon straight after your appointment


We’re also still waiting on guidelines from the government regarding what treatments are allowed to be performed, but for now and until we’re told other wise we will presume when we re-open we will be opening with a full treatment menu. If we are able to perform facials or any treatments that cannot be performed with a face mask on, clients will still be required to wear their masks when entering the salon and can remove them during their treatment.
